WEDDINGS at the SHIRES

Patio Weddings at The Shires can accomodate up to 100 guests.

Our $999.00 package includes:

• Four hours of exclusive use of our patio, gazebo, and lawn with a 20' x 40' tent  (Each additional hour of exclusive use is $100.00)
• Outside patio tables, chairs, picnic tables to seat 50 people are included (additional tables and chairs may be rented)
• Bridal Party Preparation quarters will be provided 2 hours prior to the wedding

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at contract siging in order to secure your date.

Food and Beverage Service:

All food* and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) that are purchased through The Shires, LLC will be via a separate catering contract. 

Alcohol is limited to wine and beer.

Our event coordinator will discuss food and beverage options with you.

*Wedding cakes may be brought in via an outside vendor.

SPECIAL:   

All contracts for 2010 weddings, secured with a deposit by April 30th, 2010 will receive the special rate of $750.00

The Shires is the perfect place for your private party, company retreat, or other special event.

Our quaint restaurant and spectacular outdoor patio are perfect for:

The Shires offers conference rooms for up to 15 people that are perfect for company meetings or retreats. 

For mulit-day retreats, The Shires offers overnight lodging as well as an on-site restaurant that will be more than happy to accomodate your group.

Our fabulous outside patio can accommodate private parties of up to 100 people.
