      The luxury townhouses at The Shires Country Inn are a perfect place to stay for Virginia Tech Hokies football games and Radford or Virginia Tech graduations.

Nightly rentals come with a complimentary continental style breaksfast voucher from our on-site restaurant (up to two (2) vouchers per room per night)

POLICIES:

• Non-smoking applies to all rooms/units.

• Sorry, we are unable to accept pets.

• CANCELLATION POLICY:         A seven (7) day cancellation notice is  required in order to avoid a full charge for the reservation.

• For special events such as Virginia Tech football games and college graduations, a thirty (30) day cancellation notice is required in order to avoid a full charge for your reservation.

• There will be NO refunds for any early checkout days when a minimum stay requirement is in effect.

  ---

• No refund will be given without the required notice unless we are able to re-rent the unit.

  ---

• A fee of $20.00 per bedroom will apply for all cancellations.

• Check-In: 3:00 - 10:00pm.  Please call our property manager at 540-553-1700 to let them know what time you will be arriving.  Late arrivals will be accommodated.
